- As each item is custom made, please allow 4-6 days before your item is shipped. 

- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable but if your earrings arrive damaged or somehow break within the first 30 days of responsible use, please feel free to contact me here or at twocloversltd@gmail.com and I will replace.

Polymer clay is flexible and very lightweight, but please treat with care. It can be cleaned by using a soft damp cloth, or by lightly using a q-tip with alcohol.

Avoid contact with liquids and store in a clean dry space away from water, heat and sunlight to ensure the longevity of your earrings.

Metal hardware can tarnish over time but you can polish with a jewelry polishing cloth, brasso and even ketchup.
